Refund policy
Refunds
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you may request a refund to your original payment method. To proceed with a refund, please ensure the following:
- Submit clear photo or video evidence showing the defect
- The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Returns
Items that remain unused and unopened may be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
Please note:
- All return shipping and handling costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Returned items will be inspected to verify eligibility
If a parcel is returned due to being undeliverable, customers may select one of the following:
Refund (Shipping fee deducted)
Re-shipment (additional shipping costs may apply, even if the order originally qualified for free shipping)
If an undeliverable order is cancelled, the original shipping fee will still be charged.
If the refund/return request is due to personal preference or other reasons unrelated to product issues, the shipping fee will be deducted, and the refund will be issued as store reward points instead of a cash refund.

Product Shelf Life
Regular-priced items are guaranteed to have a minimum of one year of remaining shelf life from the purchase date.
Products with a longer shelf life are not eligible for refund or exchange on the basis of an extended expiry period.
