A hydrating toner that controls sebum, exfoliates, and replenishes the skin with refreshing moisture. Its formula contains 0.5% succinic acid, mint, and heartleaf extract to remove impurities and balance oil and moisture. The Derma Peel Complex* smooths skin texture and maintains a mild acidity for pH balance. Clinical testing showed increased skin moisture content by 11.9%, reduced sebum levels by 6.6%, and reduced oil content by 28.6%. Apply after washing face.
